From Leftovers to Lunchbox
How is it back to school time already? It feels as though it was only yesterday when they finished up for the summer! Although we must admit, the routine is most definitely welcomed! Every year we start by promising ourselves that we’ll make a bigger effort to be more organised. A huge part of this is having the lunches nailed down and what better than to make them out of last nights leftovers!! Below are some recipe ideas that will make school lunches much easier.
PUFF PASTRIES
Mmm.. The mention of puff pastry has our tummies rumbling! It’s the ultimate treat and with ready to roll puff pastries in pretty much every supermarket nationwide, it’s super easy to roll out some delicious lunchbox treats. Best of all, they are delicious served cold or warm and can be filled with a wide variety of leftovers!! Win win!
