Chicken Curry Puffs

You Will Need

Portion of chicken curry
1 sheet of ready rolled puff pastry
Egg for glaze
Optional: grated cheese

Method

Preheat oven to 180C.
Pop your chicken into a blender and blitz for a couple of seconds.
Roll out your pastry onto a flat surface and divide into about 12 squares.
Pop a spoon of chicken curry mix into the centre of each square.
If you want, you can add a sprinkle of cheese on top of each mixture before assembling.
Fold each square into a triangle and press down on the edges. Use a fork to press the edges together.
Brush the triangles with the egg. Then using a knife, put a small hole in the middle of each pastry.
Pop into the oven for 20 – 25 minutes or until golden on the outside.
Perfect eaten straight away or popped into lunch boxes for the following day!
