Why not try a delicious hummus, cucumber & carrot wrap? Chickpeas are packed full of fibre, protein and potassium and make for a delicious and healthy addition to your child’s lunchbox! You could even add this in as a tasty dip.
- Make up a portion of hummus – see recipe here!
- Spread 2 tbsp of hummus over a wrap.
- Add in thinly sliced cucumber and carrot sticks.
- Roll the wrap up and slice in two.
Add in cubed cheese and apple pieces into the lunchbox, as well as some tasty yoghurt and a few sliced berries.
