Tzatziki – pronounced Sat.see.kee – is deliciously refreshing yoghurt dip. It is perfect for dipping veggies sticks, as a topping on wholewheat bread or inside wraps!
The big source of yoghurt is also great for your child’s diet as it’s full of protein, a good source of calcium and healthy probitotics for gut health.
