Terms and Conditions – #LittleBitOfPipinPear 2020

1. This competition is being run by Pipin Pear Chilled Baby Food.
2. This competition will run across 5 days, with one prize available across all social media each day of the stated competition dates.
3. Competition dates are as follows:
   1. Wednesday 17th June
   2. Thursday 18th June
   3. Friday 19th June
   4. Saturday 20th June
   5. Sunday 21st June
4. Pipin Pear reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions or cancel this promotional activity at any stage without notice in the event of any circumstance arising outside of their reasonable control.
5. One winner per household.
6. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
7. This competition is open to everyone in the ROI with the exception of employees of Pipin Pear Chilled Baby Food, their immediate family and anyone professionally connected with the organisation of this competition.
8. The prize is as follows:
   1. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are non transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
9. The winner will be chosen by random selection from all entrants with the correct guess after Monday 22nd June.
10. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Irish data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
