Macaroni Bakes

Serves: 8 medium sized bakes

Ingredients

Portion of Mac & Cheese
Handful ham
Cheese
60g breadcrumbs
2 x Eggs

Method

Pop your ham into a mixing bowl. Crack in your eggs and give a good mix. Then add in ¼ of your breadcrumbs.
Combine macaroni and cheese with the mixture. Stir until well combined.
Spray eight openings in a muffin tin with non-stick spray.
Add 1/2 cup of mixture to each muffin cup.
Gently press mixture down with your fingers to flatten it into a cup shape.
Sprinkle with additional bread crumbs.
Bake in a 180°C degree oven for 20-25 minutes depending on how soft or firm you prefer your muffins.
Immediately remove from cups to cool on a wire rack. Refrigerate after 30 minutes of cooling.
