Terms and Conditions – 12 Days of Christmas 2021 

1. This competition is being run by Pipin Pear Chilled Baby Food.
2. By taking part in this promotion individuals will be deemed to have read and understood these terms and conditions and be bound by them.
3. This competition will run across 12 Days, with one prize available across all social media each day of the stated competition dates.
4. Competition dates are as follows:
   1. Monday 6th December – 17th December 2021
5. Pipin Pear reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions or cancel this promotional activity at any stage without notice in the event of any circumstance arising outside of their reasonable control.
6. One winner per household.
7. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
8. This competition is open to everyone in the ROI with the exception of employees of Pipin Pear Chilled Baby Food, their immediate family and anyone professionally connected with the organisation of this competition.
9. The prize is as follows:
   1. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are non transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
10. Winners will be picked 24 hours after the competition has been posted and will be announced via Pipin Pear’s social media channels.
11. The winner will be chosen by random selection from all entrants with the correct entry requirements the following day.
12. Winners will be contacted by a member of the prize team within 5 working days of the promotion closing. In the event the winner is uncontactable in the first instance, we will endeavour to try contacting them for up to 5 working days after our initial attempt, in which case if we have not heard back from them, another winner will be selected at random.
13. Winners will receive their prize within 28 days of confirmed contact.
14. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Irish data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
15. The name(s) of the winner(s) will be available 28 days after closing date by emailing the following address: info@pipinpear.com
16. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to these terms and conditions.
17. This promotional activity is in no way endorsed, sponsored or administered by Facebook or Instagram.
