Terms and Conditions – The Golden Pear Competition 2019

1. This competition is being run by Pip & Pear Chilled Baby Food.
2. This competition will run across 6 days, with one prize available across all social media each day of the stated competition dates.
3. Competition dates are as follows:
   1. Wednesday 31st July
   2. Friday 2nd August
   3. Sunday 4th August
   4. Wednesday 7th August
   5. Friday 9th August
   6. Sunday 11th August
4. Pip & Pear reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions or cancel this promotional activity at any stage without notice in the event of any circumstance arising outside of their reasonable control.
5. One winner per household.
6. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
7. This competition is open to everyone in the ROI with the exception of employees of Pip & Pear Chilled Baby Food, their immediate family and anyone professionally connected with the organisation of this competition.
8. The prize is as follows:
   1. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are non transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
9. The winner will be chosen by random selection from all entrants with the correct guess.
10. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Irish data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
11. The name(s) of the winner(s) will be available 28 days after closing date by emailing the following address: info@pipandpear.ie
12. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to these terms and conditions.
