Line a Muffin Tin with 12 cases and preheat your oven to 180C
Mix flour and oats together in a big bowl.
It helps to do this while the ingredients are dry as you can then ensure an even spread throughout the muffins!
Add in the banana, whisked egg, milk, yoghurt, vegetable oil and mix together until it forms a (quite sticky!) mixture.
Add in those yummy blueberries and fold them into your mixture – keep a few blueberries to the side.
Put the mixture into the lined muffin tray. Use the remaining oats and blueberries to make friendly faces on the muffins!
Bake for around 22 minutes, or under they’re golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow to cool on a wire rack.
Try and get a couple eaten before the kids demolish the whole lot!
