What on earth are we going to feed the kids today?! How can I give them a healthy breakfast that’s not just porridge again (though we love porridge, yum!).
Enter our 3 ingredient, no flour, yummy pancakes! Served with a nice dollop of Banana Blue, it’s the perfect breakfast or snack for babies, toddlers and parents a like!
These pancakes are also great when you’ve no flour in the house or your child can’t eat gluten! Win win!
Ingredients
1 Banana
1 Egg
Dash of Cinnamon
Method
- Mash the banana
- Add the egg and combine with banana
- Add a sprinkle of cinnamon
- Pour mixture onto a hot pan (we popped ours into a metal mould just to retain its shape!)
- Serve with a lovely dollop of banana blue and extra fruit!
